few hours of use. Our solution: A high-quality conversion kit with smart conversion parts
to turn your 2-stroke TPI (transfer port injection) back into a robust and proven intake manifold injection system.
Advantages:
- No piston seizure or worn Nikasil coating due to lubrication problems - Mix super gasoline with fully synthetic 2-stroke oil safely, as with the carburetor model (not possible with TPI models due to their design)

TPI injection Installation instructions:
- With the conversion, the fuel MUST be mixed with fully synthetic 2-stroke engine oil, mixture from 1:60 or more, otherwise
engine damage will inevitably occur. - Before installation, clean all parts thoroughly of grease, oil, and dirt
. - To install the OEM injectors, remove the tank, manifold, cylinder head mounts, and throttle body with the diaphragm
. - Before installing your two OEM injectors into the adapter, carefully lubricate the O-rings with a little grease
. - Install the diaphragm with the OEM diaphragm seal and screws on the adapter (only suitable for OEM KTM/HSQ/GG diaphragms).
- Use new OEM seals for the crankcase and
intake flange for the kit - Connect and secure the fuel line with the adapter and reconnect the plugs to the injectors
- After installing the new idle screw, set the
desired idle speed- Before starting, be sure to plug the dongle into the oil metering pump connector to
prevent a CDI error message. - Finally, close the holes to the overflow channels with the blind plugs (grease the O-rings) and secure them like the injectors.
- No new mapping is necessary - the OEM ECU from 2020 works very well with the standard mapping and this conversion kit
