The VForce4 reed valve block is a revolutionary redesign of the entire system.
Developed for off-road racing, Moto Tassinari's VForce4 tuning inlet reed valve allows for greater air flow and more efficient mixture preparation.
The torque and power curve increases across the entire speed range and ensures better acceleration.
The flow behavior through the membrane has been designed to be very effective.
The throttle response is noticeably more direct, the power output is even more homogeneous, and the engine runs cleaner.
This means that despite the increased power, the motorcycle can be ridden much more efficiently and with less effort.
Optimizations to the VForce3
new resin diaphragm plate system
pre-bent diaphragm plates guarantee a better seal at the diaphragm tip
wider diaphragm cage for maximum air flow
a 10.5% larger diaphragm tiparea improves the overall air supply.
The aerodynamic shape of the cage tip increases the speed of the air
sucked in through the outer inlets. The long stop surfaces, which progressively slow down the diaphragm tips, result in improved durability of the plates.
The front area of the middle wing is 15.6% and has a more aerodynamic shape

Special rubber seal on the housing to the diaphragm lip - for even longer service life, optimal sealing, more power, and lower consumption (when adjusting the nozzle or mapping)
